The rate depends only on how many routers you protect. There are no plans, add-ons or per-feature prices: every router gets everything.

Payments by Paddle

We don't run our own checkout. Paddle sells EdgeOwl on our behalf as merchant of record: it takes the payment, issues the invoice and handles VAT and sales tax for your country.

  • Card details go to Paddle only. EdgeOwl never sees or stores them.
  • Prepaid periods are not auto-renewed unless you enable it. With auto-renew on, the plan renews every 3 months for the routers you have at that moment, at the rate for that number; you get the amount by email before each charge. Paid periods are not refunded; the 10-day free trial comes first.
  • Business customers get a VAT invoice with their company details; add the VAT ID in the Paddle window.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

You can stop at any time, and prepaid periods are not auto-renewed unless you enable it. We do not refund a paid period: that is what the 10-day free trial is for, try everything before you pay. If you enable auto-renew, the plan renews every 3 months for the number of routers you have on that day: $2 per device for 1–2, $1 per device for 3 or more. Turn it off in the dashboard before the renewal date and nothing is charged.

What happens when I add a third router?

The rate for all your routers drops to $1 per device per month from the next prepaid period. [TODO: confirm proration rule]

Is there a trial or a free device?

Yes: 10 days free with every feature. The trial starts when you add a card in the Paddle window; nothing is charged during the 10 days. On day 11 the prepaid period you picked is charged, unless you cancel before that in the dashboard. Backups made during the trial stay yours. Who is the seller?

EdgeOwl is a product of Support Rapid SRL, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record and handles taxes and invoices.
